5 Of Our Fav Brunch Spots
Posted on August 21 2017
Summer will be over before you know it and nothing says summer like getting a little boozy at brunch on a sunny patio! Here are some of our favorite spots to grab bite and maybe some libation.
1. The Attic (Long Beach, CA)
This is the place for Bloody Marys! The food is good too and they're best known for their Mac N' Cheetos, which is exactly what it sounds like. Mac N' Cheese with flaming hot cheetos on top. However, their bloody mary menu is what draws us there regularly. You can choose from the menu, which is a great selection, or you can just build your own. They have game changing options like bacon infused vodka and brisket garnish that make this place unrivaled.
2. Restauration (Long Beach, CA)
Take your foodie friend here. The menu is always changing and we have never been disappointed by our choice. The last time we went we got a soft shell crab sandwich and a flat bread with goat cheese. All their flat breads/pizzas are made in a wood fire oven. When we went, they had a live gypsy jazz band playing on their garden style patio!
3. Las Brisas (Laguna Beach, CA)
Now this is where you take someone who you're trying to impress! Don't you dare snicker when I say this, but Las Brisas is high end Mexican cuisine. I know, I know, many have tried and fell very short, but they've nailed it and it'll change your life! It is beautifully situated in Laguna Beach, on a cliff overlooking the beach and ocean. The view is to die for as is the food. PLUS, they have bottomless mimosas for their brunch 😉
4. Saint Marc (Huntington Beach, CA)
This one is inside the Pacific City shopping center and has a really fun, laid back vibe. All their cups are modeled after solo cups and the idea is to capture the backyard BBQ vibe. We love it here. They have an entire menu just dedicated to bacon... need we say more!?
5. The Butcher's Daughter (Venice, CA)
Nothing beats the vibe of this place! The aesthetic is amazing and every plate is an art piece.
