Shipping is usually free for orders over $100. However, this policy is subject to change and often free shipping will not be available during sales, flash sales, or holidays.
All orders received by 2pm will ship out the next day. Please allow extra shipping time for holidays and sales.
Orders received Sat - Sun will ship out the following Monday.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUT OFFS
- Order by noon (PST) on Dec 15th with Standard Shipping for Delivery By Christmas Eve
- Order by 9am (PST) on Dec 22nd with Standard Shipping for Delivery By New Years Eve
- Please note, these deadlines are based on USPS shipping timeframes and delays may occur with the courier (i.e. weather, staffing, etc.). We recommend placing your holidays asap to ensure they arrive on time.
We ship mainly within the United States, but we also ship to Canada, Australia, Germany, and Sweden as well!
Please note, Stitch and Feather is not responsible for covering any additional customs or duty taxes. International customers must cover these costs.
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. IN-STORE PICK UP
Free in-store pick up is offered to any of our 5 locations! Give our office a call (714-316-7889) after placing your order and we'll help schedule that in-store pick-up for you! Any shipping costs will be refunded if in-store pick-up is requested.
***Please be aware that In-Store Pick Up orders are received and fulfilled at our Huntington Beach Corporate Office and may take up to ONE WEEK to be delivered at chosen store.***
When your order has arrived and is ready for pick up our Sales Stylists will give you a call to come in!
We hope our Feather Babes love their new gear, but if you are not happy - we got your back! Just follow the simple steps below:
- Returns must be received back at our corporate office in new condition with in 14 days of delivery date; unworn, unwashed, no perfume, no animal hair, no makeup or deodorant stains. Shoes must be returned unworn, in new condition with no scuffs, in their original box/packaging.
- HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: We hope you loved your purchase! If not, all purchases made on or after 11/24/23 can be returned for exchange or store credit on or before January 5th, 2023. Accessories are final sale.
- Books, Bags, Hats, Home goods, Intimates, Bodysuits, Swimwear, Accessories (Jewelry, Sunglasses and Hair Clips) & Final Sale items cannot be returned.
- You can access our returns center by clicking START A RETURN.
- A pre-paid return label can be generated and downloaded from our returns center. Once we receive your return, the cost of the return label ($5.95) will be deducted from your total return amount.
- We will issue a refund on the original card within 7 business days of us receiving your returned package. We do not refund shipping costs.
- You may return your items to any of our store locations for store credit or exchange only.
If the size which you ordered doesn’t fit or you would like to exchange an item which you bought from us, simply place a new order online and then follow the steps above for a normal return.
