Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We hope you love your new loot! However, if something doesn’t work out for you, then be sure to follow these steps.

  • Email us at Info@stitchandfeather.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
      • Be sure specify what item(s) you would like to return.
      • Include the the order number.
    • We will send you a return shipping label.
    • Just pack the item(s) that you want to return in the box in which it came.
        • Don’t forget the original packing slip (for our reference of the order number).
        • If the original packaging cannot be found and new packaging is used or our label is not able to be used because of a higher cost, we are not responsible for new shipping costs.
      • Tape the return shipping label to the outside of the box or envelope.
      • Then just put the package in the mail.
        • (Either give it to your mailman or drop it off at any USPS package drop.
      • We will issue a full refund back onto the original card which was used to purchase the item within 7 business days of us receiving your returned package.

      EXCHANGES

      If the size which you ordered doesn’t fit or you would like to exchange an item which you bought from us, simply place a new order online and then follow the steps above for a normal return.

       

      Non-Refundables

      The following are some items which we do not refund or exchange.

      • Returns received after 14 days of the customer receiving the item.
      • Sale Items
      • Promotional items
      • Personalized Items
      • Returns that we receive that have been damaged, worn and/or washed
      • Underthings (intimates) including (but not limited to) bras, bralettes, undies, tights, and socks.
      • Free gifts

      Remember…

      • All returns must be shipped to us within 14 days or the customer receiving the package from us.
      • All returns must be unworn, unwashed and still have Stitch and Feather tags attached.
      • All returns must include the packing slip that we inserted into your package (or at very least, the Order #)
      • If the original packaging cannot be found and new packaging is used or our label is not able to be used because of a higher cost, we are not responsible for refunding you for new shipping costs.
      • Returns will be processed within 7 business days of our receiving them.
      • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
